Sound Familiar?

If you have been listening to the news briefs and press conferences then you have heard, time and time again, of the failure of intelligence agencies to “connect the dots.” Sound familiar? Hint: think 9/11 Commission. Maybe it’s bureaucracy, or just plain stupidity, but it seems like we are bound to keep making the same mistakes. And that is the scariest fact of all.
