Gates to Stay on as Secretary of Defense

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates is officially staying on as Secretary of Defense for a while longer. PhilosoGuy.com couldn’t be happier about this announcement. Gates was a breath of fresh air after the disastrous tenure of Donald Rumsfeld and he continues to be a level-headed and intelligent policy-maker.
